General Safety Advice

Please familiarise yourself with Bristol City Council’s tips for a safe night out here: https://www.bristolnights.co.uk/

What to wear

There is no strict dress code but please note that Siren Series events take place outdoors so we strongly advise all attendees to check the weather forecast on the day of the event and to dress appropriately.

We would advise all attendees to bring sun cream as well as some suitable warm and dry clothing (waterproof coat or poncho) incase of any unforeseen weather conditions.

Please note that the site occupies an exposed position on Bristol’s waterfront and no matter what the weather conditions are during the day it is likely to get colder once the sun sets so we would suggest brining a jumper or jacket with you to be on the safe side.

Re-Entry Policy:

There is a strict no re-entry policy.

The event running times are 5pm – 10:30pm on Friday. 12pm – 10:30pm on Saturday. And 4pm - 10pm on Sunday.

On all nights the site will remain open for 30 minutes after the music finishes to allow for drinking up and safe dispersal of crowds.

I can’t find my ticket?

Please check your emails or contact your individual ticket provider directly for any ticketing queries.

For all tickets purchased directly from this website or the main Facebook event links please contact SKIDDLE: https://www.skiddle.com/contact/

Can I cancel or return my ticket?

Please note that all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason.

Skiddle offer a re-sale option for sold out events so if you do find yourself with a ticket that you cannot use then this is the safest option to sell it on once the events are sold out. We do not endorse TICKETSWAP and will not be able to accept tickets bought through their platform as it is not secure.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW AND THEREFORE CAN’T TRUST. There are sharks out there ready to con you out of your money. Please, please, please do not hand over or send money to people posting on Facebook or any other social media forum saying they have tickets. Only purchase tickets from official ticket outlets.

Age Requirements

These events are for over 18s only. Rights of admittance are reserved.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy, full details are available here.

All attendees should bring a valid photo ID as you may be refused entry to the event if you cannot prove your age.

Anyone judged to look under 25 will be asked to produce photo ID. The only accepted forms of photo ID are a valid, in date, passport, driving license or Home Office approved proof of age card that clearly displays the pass hologram. Full details are available here.

The bars will operate a challenge 25 system. If you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID proving you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photo ID with you.

Photocopies or birth certificates will not be accepted and are not valid forms of photo ID.

Accessibility

Bristol Amphitheatre has step free access. Please bear in mind that these are outdoor events and will be on a surface which may be uneven. It is always worth checking weather conditions on the day and making any adjustments to equipment you may need to bring with you for your convenience and comfort.
